Trust is the solid foundation, and the solid foundation is our Earth. Bete is the Celtic Ancient name for the Earth, the Earth is the solid foundation, and that foundation is trust. The „Be“ are the fairies, the fairies are winged beings of light. These winged beings of light dwell in fairy houses, and in the fairy houses the fairies weave life on Bete, our Earth.

The Riśe is a female or male leader, a queen, or a king, who guarantees the freedom and prosperity of the people. These leaders, kingd, queens are not in their positions by "the grace of God" or by inherited roles, but must pass tests and are elected anew every two years.

Would you like to connect with the Earth and feel its power, and thus come into trust and your own power, feel the solid foundation? I've put together a little ritual for you:

You can perform the "Solid Ground" ritual at any time of day, indoors or outdoors. For this ritual, take a stone that appeals to you; it symbolizes stability. Take some soil or a plant for the fairies and your life's journey, and a candle for awareness and light. Place everything in front of you, sit down, and consciously feel your connection to the earth. You can also stand and consciously connect your feet to the ground.

Close your eyes. Breathe calmly in and out. With each exhale, let the tension melt away. Place one hand on the earth and the other on your heart. Imagine a vast, vibrant space opening up beneath you, full of life and color!

Say:

"Bete-Riśe, Goddess of the Earth, carry me, guide me into the vastness, into the light, protect me!" Take your time. Feel. Take the stone in your hand. Feel its weight. Speak or sing slowly: Trust is the firm foundation. Repeat the sentence

several times. With each repetition, it sinks deeper, not into your head, but into your body.

Now go through the images of the song. Pause briefly after each line.

„A star that is always there.

A boat that carries me.

A lighthouse in the night.

A tree in the wind.…“

Feel:

Everything is moving, and yet I am being carried to safety.

Sing or speak the song! Dance the song!

Put the stone back or keep it as a companion. You can also use it as a metaphor:

I walk on firm ground. I trust.
